This Fashion Week was probably the least stressful for me in years. Rather than exhausting myself with multiple shows a day, plus organising a team of writers and photographers, and trying to get it all online by the end of the day, I left the hard work to the 1883 Magazine fashion team. However, I couldn’t stay away altogether.
I swung by the Mark Fast show (pictured above) where amazing shredded knits swished like feathers while other dresses clung to the models’ figures in the designer’s signature body conscious style. Simply gorgeous!
I also thought there was no better time than LFW to jump on a new social networking bandwagon – Vine. I apologise for the shaky footage, this was my first attempt!

I then visited the Bloody Gray digital presentation, read about it on the 1883 Magazine blog here.
A lot of people were clicking that little heart on Instagram over the nails worn by Jane Bowler’s models!
If you’re more inclined to a shaky Vine video (which judging by my number of ‘likes’, you’re not), then here’s one of the freaky cool presentation by Dutch designer Bas Kosters: https://vine.co/v/brE3qdIVBgp
Oh well, I’ve got 6 months to improve my skills before the SS14 shows.
