A couple of weeks ago I tried my hand at writing my first ever relationships column for a friend’s online magazine. I have always been very nervous about the idea of actually writing and publishing my personal life – no matter how many of my friends request it – but I surprised myself. I really enjoyed writing it! Going through the routine of picking a ‘first date’ outfit last week, my best friend and I were able to agree on my figure-flattering-but-not-too-short navy dress with my mid-heel-so-as-not-to-be-taller-than-him-but-still-elegant sandals, but as we giggled about possible worst case scenarios there was one thing we couldn’t agree on.
